ABSTRACT

The NAPI Education of the Future aims to promote educational innovation through a collaborative research and training ecosystem, contributing to the reduction of educational inequalities in Paraná. This article presents the role of Axis 1, the Education Observatory, which works in the production, systematization, and interpretation of data to support pedagogical planning, teacher training, and the management of school networks. The objective of the study is to describe the main actions and contributions of the Observatory to the strengthening of public education, especially in municipalities with lower human development. Regarding methodology, bibliographic and documentary research was adopted, understanding that research means seeking answers to a problem in a systematic, rigorous, and well-founded way. The Observatory gathers information on school infrastructure, teachers' digital skills, pedagogical conditions, and socioeconomic indicators, enabling more precise territorial diagnoses. Among the observed results, the creation of an integrated educational database, the development of public visualization dashboards, and the implementation of continuing education aligned with identified needs stand out. It is concluded that Axis 1 constitutes a structuring element of NAPI, contributing to evidence-based educational decisions for policies aimed at equity, digital inclusion, and regional development.
