SYNOPSIS
The video examines, within the DIGENDER2PALOP Project, how academic networks and internationalization foster more equitable pedagogical practices in higher education. The study shows that partnerships, joint events and co-authorship enhance quality, innovation and inclusion, concluding that internationalization is key to sustainable digital learning models.
O vídeo analisa, no âmbito do Projeto DIGENDER2PALOP, como redes académicas e internacionalização promovem práticas pedagógicas mais equitativas no ensino superior. A investigação mostra que parcerias, eventos conjuntos e coautorias fortalecem qualidade, inovação e inclusão, concluindo que a internacionalização é essencial para modelos digitais sustentáveis.
ABSTRACT
The article offers a reflection within the framework of the DIGENDER2PALOP Project, focusing on the role of academic networks and internationalization in promoting more equitable and inclusive pedagogical practices in higher education. Funded by the Institute for Cooperation and Language (I.P.) in partnership with Universidade Aberta, the project aims to develop digital competences to foster gender equality in Portuguese-speaking countries. The research centred on the pedagogical contributions of internationalization and on the creation of academic networks as collaborative strategies among higher education institutions in the Lusophone world. Through a qualitative approach, the findings showed that international partnerships, joint scientific events and the co-authorship of educational materials enhance quality, innovation and equity in teaching. The study also highlighted the impact of digital education in strengthening these dynamics. It concludes that internationalization plays a crucial role in consolidating more inclusive, sustainable and culturally contextualized digital pedagogical models.
O artigo propõe uma reflexão inserida no âmbito do Projeto DIGENDER2PALOP, com enfoque no papel das redes académicas e da internacionalização na promoção de práticas pedagógicas mais equitativas e inclusivas no ensino superior. Financiado pelo Instituto da Cooperação e da Língua, I.P., em parceria com a Universidade Aberta, o projeto visa o desenvolvimento de competências digitais para a promoção da igualdade de género em países lusófonos. A investigação centrou-se nos contributos pedagógicos da internacionalização e na construção de redes académicas enquanto estratégias colaborativas entre instituições de ensino superior da lusofonia. Através de uma abordagem qualitativa, os resultados evidenciaram que parcerias internacionais, eventos científicos conjuntos e a coautoria de materiais didáticos potenciam a qualidade, a inovação e a equidade no ensino. O estudo destacou ainda o impacto da educação digital no reforço destas dinâmicas. Conclui-se que a internacionalização desempenha um papel crucial na consolidação de modelos pedagógicos digitais mais inclusivos, sustentáveis e culturalmente contextualizados.
